Emily Fitzgerald is one of the most experienced Certified Professional Organizers in the state of Indiana, having founded OLS Organizing, LLC more than twenty years ago, in 2003. Emily is a member of the National Association of Productivity & Organizing Professionals (NAPO), the preeminent trade organization for professional organizers and is certified through the Board of Certification for Professional Organizers (BCPO). She is a member of the Golden Circle of NAPO, a select group of organizers with the most experience in the industry. With hundreds of local clients ranging from business executives to homeowners, she has extensive experience in helping people get organized in their homes and offices!
Emily loves to share her enthusiasm for organizing and regularly teaches workshops through PFW’s Department of Continuing Studies and at local businesses and organizations. Her articles about organizing and decluttering have been featured in many local magazines such as Glo, Lake Life, Home Living, Business People Magazine, and BusinessWomen of Northeast Indiana, among others.
With a degree in Social Work and Psychology and wearing her own hats of wife, mother, daughter, and business owner, Emily has found a niche helping other working women and moms navigate the perpetual juggling act of life. She is a helper at heart and feels no higher calling than helping other women experience less stress and more success through better organization.

Meredith found Emily to help her mom through the downsizing process after her father passed, in 2012. Fast forward several years and after working as a parent, wife, and volunteer, Meredith realized she wanted to do more once her second child entered school. She started by organizing her own home and realized she had a gift and love for the process. Sometimes the universe gives you just what you need and through a mutual friend/client – Emily and Meredith reconnected. Meredith’s degree in communications is being put to good use by managing the social media for OLS and her caring heart and gift of organization has helped many clients since she joined OLS in 2023.
Leanne and Emily met at the beginning of Emily’s career when Leanne was desperate for creative storage solutions in a 1920s brick Tudor home. Frequently relocating all over the country with her husband, who served in the military, and their two children, she was provided ample opportunity to hone her love for organizing. Many houseguests have commented on Leanne’s clutter free design aesthetic asking if she’s staging for a move.
Holding a BS in Elementary Education, Leanne is a self proclaimed baby whisperer, but has also been mistaken for a social worker given her capacity for active listening and problem solving. “Making a difference in the lives of others is the most fulfilling aspect of any endeavor.”
